Within 48 hours (U.S. AOAC®) the 3M™ Petrifilm™ Aerobic Count Plate helps determine aerobic bacteria populations. Using a simple procedure this plate also helps detect lactic-acid bacteria.
The 3M™ Petrifilm™ Aerobic Count Plate enumerates total aerobic bacteria present in the sample tested. Following a simple protocol they can also be used for enumerating anaerobic bacteria for processed meats and in high acid foods.
