We are pleased to introduce you to the products of our new partner Biosensing Instrument. For more than 13 years, Biosensing Instrument has been active in the field of SPR measurement technology (Surface Plasmon Resonance).
The latest generation of SPR instruments includes 3- and 5-channel devices that can also optionally measure gasses or electrochemical conformance changes in the SPR sensorgram.
The SPRm 200 was presented as a new highlight on the international SPR market this year. For the first time ever, this device combines SPR with microscope measurements. By overlaying the two methods, binding kinetics and affinities of proteins or other analytes can be measured directly on membrane proteins of cells. This results in more realistic data for the user. Since, compared to a standard SPR measurement, the proteins to be examined are present in the native state.
