COMPACT Hefemonitor – Hefemanagement-System für Brauereien
Die richtige Anstellkonzentration der Hefe ist eine wichtige Größe bei der Herstellung von qualitativ konsistentem Bier und planbaren, gleichmäßigen Gärverläufen.
Der Aber Compact Hefemonitor stellt die mittlerweile dritte Generation der erfolgreichen Hefemonitore von Aber Instruments dar. Seit der Einführung des ersten Modells im Jahr 1991 verwenden heute Brauereien auf der ganzen Welt die Systeme für ihr Hefemanagement. Auch große Brauereigruppen wie AB InBev, Heineken, Suntory und Diageo konnten mit Hilfe des Hefemonitors deutlich konsistentere Gärverläufe erzielen.
Mittels eines elektrischen Felds wird über die Membran der Hefezellen ein Kapazitätssignal erzeugt, welches direkt in bekannte Messgrößen wie % Feststoffgehalt oder Zellen pro Milliliter übersetzt werden kann. Der Hefemonitor erfasst dabei nur intakte und damit gärfähige Hefezellen.
Die Sonde kann direkt in die Dosage- oder Umwälzleitung eingesetzt werden. Die Auswertung erfolgt mit Hilfe des V350 Touch-Screens, der auch eine Einbindung in ein SPS-System ermöglicht und bis zu 20 Hefestämme speichern kann. Der Anschluss kann wahlweise über analoge 4-20 mA Ausgänge oder Profibus erfolgen.
Beste Verarbeitung, Platinelektroden und ein Edelstahlgehäuse garantieren eine lange Lebenszeit des Hefemanagement-Systems und einfache, hygienische Reinigung.
