Aseptic, Cell-Free Sampling for Sartorius® Ambr® 250 High Throughput Vessel
The FISP® AHT is a fully disposable sampling probe designed for sterile, cell-free sampling directly from the Sartorius® Ambr® 250 High Throughput Vessel. Developed by Flownamics®, it enables precise, contamination-free sample collection through a 0.2 µm membrane — suitable for both online and offline analysis.
Thanks to its compact design and minimal dead volume, the FISP® AHT ensures consistent and accurate sampling while reducing purge requirements. It integrates seamlessly with Seg-Flow® automated sampling systems, analysers, and fraction collectors, providing a reliable solution for microbial, yeast, fungal, algal, insect, and mammalian cell cultures.
This aseptic system allows automated sampling without compromising manual sampling capabilities, making it ideal for efficient and flexible bioprocess development.
