Aseptic, Cell-Free Sampling for Sartorius® Ambr® 250 Modular Vessel
The FISP® AM is a fully disposable sampling probe designed for aseptic, cell-free sampling directly from the Sartorius® Ambr® 250 Modular Vessel. Developed by Flownamics®, it enables precise and contamination-free sample withdrawal through a 0.2 µm membrane — ideal for both online and offline analysis.
Thanks to its compact design and minimal dead volume, the FISP® AM supports consistent, representative sampling while reducing purge requirements. It integrates seamlessly with Seg-Flow® automated sampling systems, analysers, and fraction collectors, offering a reliable solution for a wide range of cell cultures, including microbial, yeast, fungal, algal, insect, and mammalian systems.
