The new generation of automated sampling begins with the Seg-Flow PS – a compact benchtop system with enhanced sampling technology and precise parallel sampling. Each unit operates independently, enabling simultaneous sampling from up to 16 bioreactors or streams, with sample transfer over 15 m and optional integration with an S-Series Director for autosampling and dilutions.

SegFlow PS – Automated Sampling System

The Flownamics Seg-Flow PS is an advanced automated sampling system designed for precision in bioprocess monitoring. By seamlessly integrating with bioreactors, it enables accurate, aseptic sampling from up to eight vessels, facilitating time-resolved analysis without the need for manual intervention. Its segmented flow technology ensures reliable sample delivery, maintaining sample integrity and sterility throughout transfer.

The Seg-Flow PS can interface with a wide range of analytical devices, including cell density sensors, nutrient analysers, and mass spectrometers, providing comprehensive insight into critical process parameters. Flexible scheduling allows for fully customisable sampling intervals to match specific process needs, while optional features such as cell-free sampling and integrated dilution expand its application possibilities.
