The GatorPro from Gator Bio is a label-free analysis instrument based on the biolayer interferometry (BLI) technology. It´s main applications are biomolecular quantitation, determination of intermolecular binding kinetics and epitope binning. This 32-channel system can quantify 32 protein or AAV samples in 120 second or up to 1152 samples in 142 minutes. The real-time detection of binding kinetics allows for the determination of kon, koff and KD of up to 32 interaction pairs in parallel. Improved baseline stability allows for extra-long measurements of the dissociation step to precisely determine off-rates of tight binding interactions. The 3 x 384-well plate setup enables 32 x 32 epitope binning experiments in the classical sandwich or tandem assay and the automation compatibility allows for extra-long walk away times.

GatorPro is fluidics-free and robust enough to handle everything from purified samples to crude extracts or serum, which makes it easily integrated into every step of your process. The included software allows for intuitive assay setup, data acquisition and analysis that even unexperienced users can use easily. Additionally, Gator Bio also offers a new generation of biosensors with improved surface chemistry for enhanced sensitivity, binding capacity, robustness and regenerative capability.

A wide choice of pre-coated biosensors allows for the quantitation and kinetic analysis of proteins, antibodies, peptides, nucleic acids, aptamers, lipid nanoparticles, AAV and small molecules. The GatorPro is our most powerful BLI instrument that pairs high throughput with state-of-the-art sensitivity. This makes it a versatile tool for scientists from early drug discovery to therapeutics manufacturing QC.
