The ADAM™ CellT Plus is an advanced automated cell counter equipped with bright field and dual fluorescence channels (AO/DAPI), ensuring highly accurate cell counting. It provides a comprehensive solution designed to meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 within cGMP production environments.

Accuracy, reproducibility, comprehensive – ADAM™ CellT Plus cell counter utilises AO and DAPI to stain total and dead cells. Effectively excluding interferences such as debris and red blood cells in samples with complex backgrounds provides accurate cell counts and viability analysis.
The cell counter measures a larger sample volume and captures more image frames in each channel. Leveraging this capability, ADAM™ CellT Plus provides superior reproducibility and accuracy compared to other cell counting products.
ADAM™ CellT Plus not only measures the number of total cells, viable cells, non-viable cells, and viability results. In addition, the cell counter analyses cell size and cell aggregation ratio.

Validation of ADAM™ CellT Plus
ADAM™ calibration bead and QC slide (optional) allow quick diagnosis when problems occur, ensuring the instrument’s accuracy. Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) are designed to validate the performance of the instrument.
