ADAM, which stands for Advanced Detection and Accurate Measurement, employs sensitive fluorescence dye staining, LED optics, and CMOS detection technologies to enhance the precision and reliability of cell analysis. This device accurately measures total cell count, viable and non-viable cells, cell viability, and cell size. Additionally, it evaluates cell size distribution and aggregation ratio. One-Step AO/DAPI Fluorescent Staining

The ADAM™ MC Plus is an automated fluorescence cell counter that uses Acridine Orange (AO) to stain total cells and DAPI (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) for staining dead cells. These dyes specifically target nucleated cells, effectively excluding interferences from debris and red blood cells in samples with complex backgrounds. This results in precise cell counts and accurate viability analysis.

The ADAM™ MC Plus measures larger sample volumes and captures more image frames per channel. Leveraging this capability offers superior repeatability and accuracy compared to other cell-counting products on the market.
