EVE™ HT FL – high throughput automated fluorescence cell counter
NanoEntek provides a variety of innovative cell-counting solutions. The EVE HT FL is a high-throughput fluorescence cell counter equipped with bright field and dual fluorescence channels (AO/DAPI). It provides accurate measurements within 3 minutes for 48 samples simultaneously.

The EVE HT FL is capable of handling cell concentrations of 1x 10^4 to 2x 10^7 cells/mL and has a detectable cell size range of 5 to 85µm. It utilizes a Bright field and two fluorescence channels to operate.
The advanced algorithm for counting and declustering will accurately count clumped and irregularly shaped cells.
With dimensions of 586 x 461 x 458 mm (W x L x H) and 61 kg, the EVE HT FL is relatively compact.
Software
The EVE HT FL comes with corresponding software to operate the system. The software requires a computer running Windows 10. You can export the data as raw data and PDF reports or images using a USB stick or by email.
The EVE HT FL can be outfitted with an optional feature to ensure data integrity in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11. This feature enables companies to efficiently manage user permissions, granting specific users data management authority. Additionally, EVE HT FL records all user activities and generates an audit trail, enhancing overall data security and traceability.
