Reliable Conductivity and Temperature Monitoring

The SciLog® SciCon sensors combine temperature and conductivity measurement in a compact, single-use design. Each sensor is pre-calibrated against a reference temperature, NIST-traceable, and equipped with a unique ID for full data traceability, making them ideal for GMP environments.

Validated for gamma irradiation, autoclaving, and sodium hydroxide sterilisation, SciCon sensors are available in five sizes to support seamless scalability from development to production.

By enabling precise conductivity monitoring, the sensors improve downstream purification efficiency in processes such as diafiltration and chromatography. They help ensure process readiness, minimise buffer use, and optimise filter equilibration, safeguarding both performance and consistency.

SciCon® Conductivity Sensor Monitor

The SciCon® Monitor provides reliable conductivity and temperature measurements for a single SciLog® Conductivity Sensor. It displays a conductivity range of 1 µS/cm to 200 mS/cm and a temperature range of 0° to 50 °C, providing clear visibility of key solution parameters during processing. The effect of temperature on the conductivity readout can be automatically applied as a compensation factor, as is customary and desired in biopharmaceutical applications.
Equipped with four TTL alarm switches with user-selectable high and low limits, the SciCon® Monitor also includes both analogue and digital (RS-232) outputs to support straightforward data capture and system integration.
