Fit-for-purpose tailormade bioreactors
Based on a comprehensive analysis of all available bioreactor architectures, the AUXO V® series was designed to focus on essential features and is tailored for specific applications to maximise efficiency, forming the foundation of the cost-effective, fit-for-purpose concept.
The benchtop systems comprise borosilicate glass vessels of 2 L, 3 L, 7 L, and 15 L. Additional sizes for benchtop operation (including single-use vessels) as well as 316L stainless-steel bioreactors (above 15 L) for laboratory, pilot-scale, and industrial bioprocessing are available upon request.
The bioreactors are designed and manufactured by The Cultivated B, a German-Canadian biomanufacturing company.
High quality
All our bioreactor control units are equipped with a Siemens industrial PLC (programmable logic controller) and include high-performance materials and components (sensors, peristaltic pumps, etc).
Ease of use
The user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) offers an intuitive operating concept, and the ability to use preprogrammed recipes supports a broad range of users with different experience levels, reducing error rates and minimising onboarding time. Remote access monitoring enables running bioprocesses from anywhere.
Fit-for-purpose
The modular design of the bioreactors allows users to select from a range of components optimised for their specific purpose, enabling the configuration of a system that best fits their needs and budget.
